Tournament Announcement
It is our pleasure to inform Houston Squash community that through the efforts of HSRA board members, Houston based Squash Pro’s at MET and Lifetime City Center and through lobbying of junior squash parents the City of Houston is selected by US Squash to host the “Houston Squash Texas Junior Gold” tournament this coming fall season. This event will be first Gold level junior tournament to be hosted in Texas.
The Gold tournament will be played on weekend of October 13 & 14 2018. The draws for this event will be made up of maximum of 16 junior player draws across 10 age divisions for Boys and Girls in U11, U13, U15, U17 and U19 respectively.
Registration
All Texas based Junior Squash players are encouraged to register and showcase their squash talent in high level junior squash event.

Volunteer Call
Please contact HSRA board secretary Azam Zaidi (email azam.zaidi@gmail.com or 1-310-630-9436 via call/text) if you have an interest in providing your time assistance or being part of the tournament organizing committee. Volunteers will be needed at the registration desk, as court supervisors for ~2-3 hours at a time, to keep the court schedule, facilitating match start and end times and, if certified as a US Squash Club Referee, they may be requested to support juniors players refereeing on match days.
