ZanziBall is a team fundraising campaign that supports critical education and college access programming for low-income students enrolled in the Mission Squash Scholarship program. By combining intensive and long-term academic support, mentoring, college preparation and national travel with the benefits of regular physical exercise, Scholars develop the networks and resources they need to close the opportunity gap, access college and succeed in life.

How The ZanziBall works
Over several months, eight passionate Team Captains recruit their team of “Player-Fundraisers” who work together to raise money using their online fundraising pages. Teams secure donations, sponsorships, silent auction items and invite their friends and colleagues to attend our Gala Party.

The campaign culminates in a crazy weekend of partying, fundraising and a (costumed!) team tennis and squash tournament on the last weekend of October to celebrate our fundraising achievements.

Do I need to play tennis or squash in the tournament to help raise money?

No! Although our “player-fundraisers” will do both, it’s possible to join any team as a fundraiser and get started with your own online page. Donations raised are automatically added to the campaign total. It’s also possible to contribute by purchasing tickets to the gala party.
